Welcome to Ask Alex. It takes a lot of courage to reach out and share your feelings, especially when they’re difficult ones. Know that you’re not alone in feeling this way. Many teenagers struggle with body image and self-esteem, and it’s completely normal to have these feelings.
We want you to know that your worth is not defined by how you look. You are so much more than your appearance. It’s okay to feel insecure, but please remember that you are unique and valuable just as you are. Whether it’s talking to a trusted adult, reaching out to a counsellor, or contacting organisations like there are resources available to help you cope and heal.
Remember, healing takes time, and it’s ok to ask for help along the way. You are deserving of love and support, and there are people who want to see you thrive. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for assistance whenever you need it. You are not alone in this journey. This article helpful for you
