i’m really depressed and actively self harming and I’m not able to tell anyone and I really need help.

We are so sorry to hear that you’re feeling this way, and it’s brave of you to reach out. We want you know that you’re not alone. Many young people go through tough times, and it’s okay to look for support. It’s important to recognise that what you’re going through is valid, and your feelings matter.
We would be concerned to hear that you are actively self-harming. Have you heard of They are an organisation that offer free support to people who are self-harming. It would be important that you get the support you need and deserve. Also, with your depression, have you seen your GP? You have the right to medical help and support for how you are feeling too.
