If you are over 18 you can volunteer with us here in Childline. You don't need to have any experience or formal qualifications, just an interest in what we do.  Childline is a listening service, so we answer phone calls, emails, texts and talk with children and young people online with the aim of listening to them. We don't tell young people what to do, instead we try to empower them to make their own decisions. We have offices all over the country where we need volunteers.
