What Are My Options?

After you’ve confirmed that you are pregnant, you have a lot of different options.  It’s important to keep in mind that everyone is in a slightly different situation and no one will be able to make this decision for you.

You might want to meet with someone who is trained in dealing with unplanned pregnancies and who will be able to talk you through the next steps.  A counsellor might be able to talk with you through all your options and explore with you how each of these options might work for you.
