Eating disorders are complicated problems but people can overcoming them. There is treatment available in many different forms around the country. It can be hard to know when you need help, but you always have the right to talk about what's going on with people in your life who you trust.
You might need medical help from a GP and it’s often the first place people go to when they have a problem with an eating disorder. A GP will be able to help you take care of your body and refer you onto a counsellor or therapist who is trained to deal with eating disorders.
