I Am Bullying Someone Else

Picking on someone when you’re stressed out or angry can seem like an easy thing to do, it might seem like it makes things better for you.  It might make you feel more important or powerful, but it’s really important that you know you don’t have the right to hurt another person.  In fact, even though people are intimidated by bullies, no one respects them or looks up to them

If you’re finding yourself in the situation where you are bullying someone else you might want to talk to someone that you look up to or trust.  It’s never too late to change but it can be really difficult to know what to say or how to start changing.  You might be able to ask a teacher or coach for mentoring or advice on how to change.
