It’s important to be aware of what we are sharing online and who we are sharing with. 

Support is available​

If something you see online upsets you, you can get support. Is there someone you feel comfortable talking to, such as a parent, a carer or another adult you trust?

You may feel that your parents / carers won’t understand what you are talking about, or will take away your device, but talking it through together might be helpful. You might just find a good solution together. 

You can always talk to Childline too. Childline is always here to listen to you and support you.
