You have the right to rest and leisure, play and recreational activities appropriate to your age.  You have the right to take part in cultural and artistic activities.  You have the right to make friends and join organisations as long as it is safe for you to do so and it does not violate anyone else's rights.

The Government is responsible for promoting the right of everybody to participate in cultural and leisure activities.
