Both parents have common responsibilities for the upbringing and development of their children. You have the right to live with your parents as long as it is safe for you. Most importantly, parents should think of the best interests of the child.
All adults should help you to understand and exercise your rights.
The Government has a responsibility to respect and support parents and others who have responsibility for children and their upbringing. The Government should ensure that children of working parents get the child care services that they have the right to.
The Government also has a responsibility to make sure institutions for the care of children and young people develop in a manner that cooresponds to the Convention.
