If you give us your real name, your address, your school or your teachers and tell us something that makes us worried then we will have to pass the information onto someone who can help. If you stick to a nickname then your message stays private. So, stay safe by sticking to your nickname and we can talk with you about your options.

Welcome back.
Sounds like you are having a difficult time at the moment. We know it’s not always easy to talk about things that are happening to us. You mentioned you feel there is no point in talking about it because you feel things will never change. You have done very well in explaining your thoughts and feelings around what’s been going on for you. When we talk about things and describe our feelings it can sometimes be helpful.
You mentioned you worry about everything and that when you drink it makes the worrying stop and takes the pain away.
It’s understandable that you feel happy when you are not worrying however we would be concerned that the only time you feel you can be really happy is when you are drinking.
