Hi there,

You’re welcome to Childline online message board.

Here at Childline we would be very concerned with the way you are feeling at the moment. It sounds like things are extremely difficult for you.

We know that it is not always easy to talk about how you are feeling. At Childline we are here to listen if you want to send a message in private and tell us a little bit more about why you feel that you hate your life, your house and your family.

We are particularly concerned when you say that you will kill yourself if you don’t run away from home. You mention that you don’t want to live at home so we wondering if you know that you have the right to be safe, protected and also you have the right to help and support. It can be helpful to talk to a trusted adult such as a parent, a teacher, a school counsellor or a relative. Perhaps you have someone like this in your life.

At the end of your message you say that you will do anything even sex – at Childline we would be concerned about what you mean when you say this.

You can contact Childline anytime by sending a message in private to the website. There is also a one to one web chat service available from 6pm – 10pm Monday and Tuesday and from 2pm to 10pm on Wednesdays to Sundays. You can also text for free from your mobile phone at the same times by texting the word ‘Talk’ to 50101.

Take care for now.
