A lot of people think about their health.  You might hear a lot about it from adults, in school, on telly or in magazines. Being healthy includes your physical health and mental health. 

When we talk about physical health we mean things like what we eat, how we exercise, how much sleep we get and what’s going on with our bodies.  When we talk about mental health we mean all the things that make our mind and thoughts healthy.
